Leadership Coaching

Executive coaching 

Our most selected format, 1:1 behavioural coaching for senior leaders who want personalised support and space to think. Each executive is carefully matched with a Leadership Trust-accredited coach, based on their development needs, leadership context, and behavioural goals. 


Sessions are conducted via video, away from day-to-day distractions, creating space for honest conversation and focused growth. Each lasts up to two hours, offering the time and depth needed to explore patterns, test thinking, and shift behaviour. 


This coaching can stand alone, or follow on from our flagship Leadership in Management programme, helping leaders translate new awareness into real-world change. 
 

Leadership Coaching

Triangular coaching

This format brings together three voices: the coachee, their sponsor (typically a line manager or HR partner), and a Leadership Trust coach. Through a facilitated session, all parties align on objectives, expectations, and the behaviours that matter most in context.

This isn’t about oversight – it’s about insight. Sponsors bring the organisational lens. Coaches bring behavioural expertise. Together, they support the leader in building change that’s visible, supported, and sustainable.

Sessions are delivered online at a time that works for everyone, typically lasting up to two hours.

Coaching Clinics

Designed for organisations supporting multiple leaders at once, coaching clinics offer a streamlined way to deliver focused development at scale.

Each clinic includes up to five one-hour virtual sessions, delivered in a single day by a dedicated Leadership Trust coach. Leaders receive personalised behavioural coaching, while your organisation benefits from consistency, efficiency, and momentum across the group.

All coaching is grounded in our signature approach, with practical tools, structured support, and an accredited senior coach to guide you.
