Cultivate Leadership
Preparing new and first-level managers to become influential leaders.

Cultivate Leadership is a 12-month hybrid programme combining immersive residential modules, personalised coaching, and online workshops. Designed for emerging leaders, it fosters self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and resilience, enabling participants to step up and drive strategic direction and sustainable change within their organisations.

Leadership in Management
Transforming experienced managers into strategic, emotionally intelligent and effective leaders. 

Leadership in Management is a 6-month hybrid programme designed for mid-level to senior managers. It combines a high-impact 5 ½-day residential course with personalised coaching and online workshops. Through intensive and immersive experiential development, participants develop the self-awareness, self-mastery, self-confidence and skills to lead with impact in our uncertain and turbulent times.
