For half a century, we’ve helped more than 80,000 leaders find courage, clarity and resilience under pressure. This autumn, we’re calling forward the next 50 – managers and team leaders ready for a turning point in how they lead.

This autumn, 50 leaders will take part in our flagship Leadership in Management (LM) programme: six months of growth, starting with a 360° audit (the Personal Power Index, or PPX) and coaching, building to a breakthrough residential week that becomes a turning point, with coaching and peer support afterwards to make it last.
